Directions
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettucine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Broccoli
In the same pot, add the broccoli florets and blanch for about 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender. Remove and set aside.
Cook the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Combine Everything
Add the cooked fettucine, broccoli, and shrimp to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss everything together until well coated. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve
Serve the Alfredo di Gamberi immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
