Cook the Spaghetti
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and sauté for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the white wine, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add Capers and Lemon
Stir in the capers and lemon juice, allowing the sauce to reduce for another 2 minutes.

Serve
Serve the chicken piccata over the cooked spaghetti, drizzling extra sauce on top. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
