Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, ground veal, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs about the size of a golf ball, approximately 1.5 inches in diameter.
Cook the Meatballs
In a large skillet over medium heat, add a touch of oil. Once hot, add the meatballs in batches and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
Add Marinara Sauce
Once the meatballs are browned, pour marinara sauce over the meatballs, cover, and let simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Serve
Serve the meatballs hot, topped with additional marinara sauce and garnished with more parsley if desired.
