Preparing the Chicken

Step 1: Season the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with bread crumbs. Dip each chicken breast first into the flour, then the egg, and finally coat with bread crumbs.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.
