Method

Preparation of Fruits

  1. 1

    Slice the Fruits

Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Slice the oranges, lemons, limes, and peaches into thin wedges. Hull and slice the strawberries. Set aside in a large mixing bowl.

Mixing the Sangria

  1. 2

    Combine Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the sliced fruits with the red wine, peach schnapps, orange liqueur, and simple syrup. Stir gently to mix all the ingredients.

  2. 3

    Chill the Sangria

Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serving the Sangria

  1. 4

    Add Club Soda

Just before serving, add the club soda to the pitcher and stir gently to combine. This will add a refreshing fizz to the sangria.

  2. 5

    Serve

Pour the sangria into glasses filled with ice, making sure to include some fruit pieces in each glass. Serve immediately and enjoy!
