Seafood Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Seafood
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the jumbo wild gulf shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until they turn pink. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, add the baby shrimp and scallops, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the scallops are opaque. Remove and set aside with the jumbo shrimp.
Pasta Cooking
- 2
Cook the Fettuccine
In a large pot of boiling salted water, add the fettuccine pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
Sauce Preparation
- 3
Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet used for the seafood, melt the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper, whisking until smooth and the cheese has melted.
- 4
Combine Pasta and Seafood
Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce, tossing to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until the desired consistency is reached. Gently fold in the cooked seafood, mixing until well combined.
Serving

Plate the Seafood Alfredo and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy!
