Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the cucumber and mint leaves thoroughly under cold water. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and set aside. Zest the lemon and then juice it, removing any seeds. Set both zest and juice aside.

Combine Base Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine 1 cup of rosé wine, 2 tablespoons of triple sec, and 1 tablespoon of rose water. Stir well until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.

Add Lemon and Mint
Add the lemon juice and lemon zest to the pitcher. Gently add the mint leaves, being careful not to bruise them too much.
Serving

Add Cucumber and Seltzer
Just before serving, add the sliced cucumber to the pitcher. Pour in 1 cup of seltzer water and gently stir to combine without losing the fizz.

Serve Chilled
Fill glasses with ice, pour the rosé spritzer over the ice, and garnish with additional mint leaves or cucumber slices if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
