Prepare the Chicken
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for uniform cooking.

Set Up Breading Station
In three shallow dishes, set up the breading station with flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in the third.

Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip it in beaten eggs, and then coat it with the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken breasts until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Layer the Dish
In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce, place the fried chicken on top, cover with more marinara sauce, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the dish for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
