Preparing the Salmon

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

Season the Salmon
Drizzle the salmon fillet with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Grill the Salmon
Place the seasoned salmon fillet on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
Cooking the Vegetables

Prepare the Vegetables
While the salmon is grilling, bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the vegetable mix and boil for about 3-4 minutes until tender but still vibrant in color.

Drain the Vegetables
Once cooked, drain the vegetables and set aside.
Making the Orange Cream Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a small saucepan, combine the fresh orange juice, heavy cream, honey, and Dijon mustard over medium heat.

Simmer the Sauce
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally. Allow it to cook for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Cook your choice of rice or pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
