Clean and Prep Seafood
Rinse all seafood under cold water. Remove the shells from the jumbo and baby shrimp. Scrub the mussels and clams under running water to remove any grit. Set aside.

Chop Garlic and Herbs
Mince the garlic cloves finely. Chop the fresh parsley and basil. Set aside.
Cooking

Sauté Garlic
In a large skillet, heat the virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Add Tomatoes and Capers
Add the diced tomatoes and capers to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes until the tomatoes soften and release their juices.

Serve the Frutti Di Mare hot, garnished with extra parsley and basil if desired. Pair it with crusty bread or over pasta for a complete meal.
