Preparing the Chicken

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until wings are evenly coated.
Cooking the Wings

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the coated wings on the rack in a single layer.

Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Coat the Wings
Remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.

Serve the buffalo wings hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
