Method
Cooking the Baked Norwegian Salmon

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Salmon
Place the Norwegian salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and sprinkle minced garlic, dried dill, salt, and black pepper over the top.

Bake the Salmon
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Preparing the Steamed Vegetables

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop the broccoli into florets, slice the carrot, and bell pepper.

Steam the Vegetables
In a steamer basket over boiling water, add the broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper. Cover and steam for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Season the Vegetables
Remove the vegetables from the steamer and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Cooking the Rice or Pasta

Cook the Rice (if choosing rice)
In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 cup of rice and 1 tsp of salt. Reduce to low heat, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.

Cook the Pasta (if choosing pasta)
In a large pot of boiling salted water, add 1 cup of pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
