Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Peel and dice the fresh mango into small chunks, and set aside. Cut the pineapple into small pieces and measure out 1 cup. Slice the jalapeño in half, removing the seeds for less heat if desired, and finely chop it. Juice the lime into a separate container.

Mixing

  1. 2

    Combine the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add the diced mango, chopped jalapeño, pineapple pieces, and the freshly squeezed lime juice. Muddle the ingredients together gently to release the flavors.

  2. 3

    Add the Tequila

Pour in the Ghost Tequila and add some ice to the shaker. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well mixed and chilled.

Serving

  1. 4

    Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim and a sprig of fresh cilantro for added aroma and presentation.
