Prepare the Steak
Season the steak pieces with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Sear the Steak
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Deglaze the Pan
Pour in the Madeira wine, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Bring to a simmer and allow it to reduce by half.

Add Broth and Finish Sauce
Stir in the beef broth and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes. Add butter and stir until melted and combined.

Combine and Serve
Return the seared steak to the skillet, spooning the mushroom sauce over the top. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
