In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded pork, Monterey Jack cheese, taco seasoning, chopped green onions, and cilantro. Mix until well combined.

Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat until pliable. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the pork and cheese mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Roll tightly, folding in the sides to secure the filling.

Fry the Taquitos
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the taquitos in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
