Prepare the Glass
Fill a large wine glass or spritz glass with ice cubes.

In a separate cocktail shaker, combine limoncello, pink lemonade, and peach bitters. Shake well to mix.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice. Top with prosecco and a splash of soda water.
