Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the amaretto liqueur, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white.

Dry Shake
Shake the mixture vigorously without ice for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

Add Ice and Shake
Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds until chilled.

Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish
Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
