In a cocktail shaker, combine the Vela Melon Liqueur, Fino Sherry, and egg white.

Shake the mixture vigorously without ice for about 15 seconds to create a frothy texture.

Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds to chill the drink.
