Method
Mixing the Cocktail
Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Vela Passion Fruit Liqueur, Vanilla Vodka, and Fresh Lime Juice.
Shake Well
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Top with Sparkling Wine
Gently pour the Sparkling Wine on top of the cocktail.
Garnish
Scoop out some flesh from the Passion Fruit and place it on top of the drink. Sprinkle with Blue Edible Glitter to finish.
