Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Cut the cauliflower head into bite-sized florets and rinse them under cold water. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2
Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, unsalted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is well combined. Remove from heat.
Cooking
- 3
Toss Cauliflower in Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, add the cauliflower florets and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss well to ensure all florets are evenly coated.
- 4
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and crispy, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
Serving

Garnish and Serve
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and let it cool slightly. Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley and serve with celery sticks on the side.
