Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Steak

In a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Add the Steak

Place the grass-fed steak in the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.

Grilling the Steak

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C).

  2. 4

    Grill the Steak

Remove the steak from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Place it on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

  3. 5

    Rest the Steak

Once cooked to your liking, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Grilling the Vegetables

  1. 6

    Prepare the Vegetables

In a bowl, toss the sliced zucchini, bell pepper, and red onion with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 7

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the steak. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Dish

Slice the steak against the grain and arrange on a plate with the grilled vegetables.

  2. 9

    Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the steak and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
