Method
Preparing the Ham

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Prepare the Ham
Place the cured ham in a roasting pan. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern to help the flavors penetrate.

Rub the surface of the ham with salt and black pepper to taste. This will enhance the flavor.

Sauté the Carrots and Green Beans
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped carrots and cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the green beans and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until both are tender.

Add Butter and Season
Add the butter to the skillet with the vegetables and stir until melted. Season with salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley. Mix well.
Serving

Plate the Dish
Once the ham is done cooking, let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve slices of ham alongside the sautéed vegetables and boiled potatoes.
