Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, and chopped cilantro or parsley. Mix well until fully combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Pork

Place the pork tenderloin in a large resealable plastic bag or a dish. Pour the yogurt marinade over the pork, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. 4

    Roast the Pork

Remove the pork from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the pork tenderloin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  5. 5

    Rest and Serve

Once cooked, remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm, garnished with additional chopped herbs if desired.
