1. Prepare the Lychee

If using fresh lychee, peel and pit the fruit. If using canned lychee, drain the syrup and set aside.

2. Mix the Drink

In a cocktail shaker, add the 2 oz of Wheatly Vodka, 1 oz of Nigori Sake, the prepared lychee pieces, and 0.5 oz of yuzu juice.

3. Shake

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

4. Strain

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass, ensuring to leave the lychee pieces behind in the shaker.
