Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Fish

Clean the threadfin bream by removing the scales and gutting. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

2

Season the Fish

Rub the fish with sea salt and black pepper, ensuring to season both the inside and outside.

Marinade

3

Make the Herb Marinade

In a small bowl, combine chopped parsley, dill, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well to create a marinade.

4

Apply the Marinade

Spread the herb marinade inside the cavity of the fish and on the skin. Let it sit for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Cooking

5

Heat the Olive Oil

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.

6

Cook the Fish

Place the fish in the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the skin is crispy and the fish is cooked through.

Serving

7

Plate the Dish

Transfer the cooked fish to a serving platter. Garnish with lemon slices and a sprinkle of extra parsley.

8

Serve Immediately

Enjoy the threadfin bream hot, with your favorite side dishes.
