Prep the Vegetables
Wash and chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the Szechuan soy sauce, black vinegar, chili crisp, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.

Add Sauce
Pour the sauce over the stir-fried vegetables and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
