1. Prep the Brussels Sprouts

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Rinse them under cold water and pat dry.

2. Roast the Brussels Sprouts

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet.

3. Bake

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside, stirring halfway through.
