Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rigatoni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Meat

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the ground beef and pork, cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon, about 8-10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

Stir in the sweet peas, house marinara sauce, salt, and black pepper. Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  4. 4

    Mix with Pasta

Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet with the meat and sauce mixture. Toss to combine and heat through for about 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the Sicilian Bolognese hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil.
