Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and set aside.

  2. 2

    Toast the Garlic

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté the garlic until golden brown, being careful not to burn it, about 1-2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Shrimp

Add the large shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  4. 4

    Create the Cream Sauce

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Combine and Serve

Add the wilted spinach back into the skillet and toss everything together until well mixed. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
