Make the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the Meatballs
Form the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.

Cook the Meatballs
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.

Place the cooked meatballs on a serving platter. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and place them around the meatballs. Drizzle with additional olive oil and serve warm.
