Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add rigatoni pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Blanch the Broccoli
In the same pot, add broccoli florets and blanch for 2-3 minutes until bright green. Remove and set aside.

Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked rigatoni, grilled chicken, blanched broccoli, and chopped apple bacon to the Alfredo sauce. Toss until the pasta and veggies are well coated with the sauce.

Serve
Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
