Prepare the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken cutlets with salt and black pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Cream Sauce
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Let it reduce by half, about 3-4 minutes.

Finish the Sauce
Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Allow the sauce to simmer for another 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
