Prepare the Pasta
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Meat Sauce
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions, garlic, carrots, and celery, sautéing until softened.

Add Ground Beef
Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart and cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.

Combine Ingredients
Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, peas, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta with the meat sauce, mixing well to coat the pasta evenly.

Transfer to Tray
Transfer the pasta mixture to a large baking tray. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
