Directions

1

Brew the Coffee

Place 2 tablespoons of coarse ground coffee in a Vietnamese coffee filter or a drip coffee maker. If using a filter, place it on top of a glass or cup.

2

Add Hot Water

Pour 100 ml of hot water over the coffee grounds to allow it to bloom for about 30 seconds. Then, slowly pour in the remaining hot water. Let the coffee drip through the filter completely.

3

Prepare Sweetened Condensed Milk

In a separate glass or cup, add 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk at the bottom.

4

Mix Coffee and Condensed Milk

Once the coffee has finished dripping, pour the brewed coffee over the sweetened condensed milk. Stir well until the milk is fully mixed with the coffee.

5

Add Ice

Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the coffee mixture over the ice.

6

Optional Milk Addition

If desired, add 2 tablespoons of milk on top for a creamier texture. Stir again before serving.
