Preparing the Tea

Boil the Water
In a medium-sized saucepan, bring 500 ml of water to a boil over high heat.

Steep the Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons of Thai green tea leaves. Allow the tea to steep for about 3-5 minutes, depending on your preferred strength.

Strain the Tea
After steeping, use a fine mesh strainer to strain the tea into a clean container, discarding the tea leaves. Let the tea cool to room temperature.
Assembling the Iced Tea

Prepare the Glass
In a tall glass, add 1 cup of ice cubes.

Combine Ingredients
Pour the cooled Thai green tea over the ice-filled glass, filling it about halfway.

Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary. Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy!
