  2. 2

    Slice Cucumber

Using a sharp knife or mandoline, thinly slice the cucumber and set aside.

Add Crunchy Veggies

    Prepare Bell Pepper

Remove the seeds and stem from the bell pepper. Dice it into small, bite-sized pieces.

  2. 4

    Shred Carrot

Peel the carrot and shred it using a box grater or food processor.

  3. 5

    Slice Radishes

Thinly slice the radishes and set them aside with the other veggies.

Make Dressing

  1. 6

    Combine Ingredients

In a small bowl, whisk together the white balsamic vinegar and olive oil until well combined.

  2. 7

    Combine Salad Ingredients

In a large salad bowl, combine the washed greens, baby kale, cucumber, bell pepper, carrot, and radishes.
