Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Chop the Lettuce and Tomatoes

Start by washing the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Dry using a salad spinner or pat with paper towels. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large mixing bowl. Next, wash the cherry tomatoes and slice them in half. Add the halved tomatoes to the bowl with the lettuce.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Cheese and Meats

Dice the provolone cheese into small cubes. For the salami, capicola, and prosciuttini, slice them into thin strips or small squares. Add the cheese and meats to the bowl with the lettuce and tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Add Olives

Drain the black olives and slice them in half if preferred. Add the olives to the salad mixture.

  4. 4

    Add Dressing

Pour the red wine vinaigrette over the salad ingredients. Toss gently to evenly coat the salad with the dressing.

Serving

  1. 5

    Plate the Salad

Transfer the chopped salad to a large serving tray or bowl. Ensure everything is well mixed for an even distribution of flavors.

  2. 6

    Garnish (Optional)

For a decorative touch, you can garnish the top with a few whole olives or some extra sprigs of fresh herbs like parsley or basil.

  3. 7

    Serve

Serve immediately as a refreshing salad option for parties or gatherings. Enjoy!
