Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Focaccia

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the focaccia bread horizontally to create a top and bottom half.

  2. 2

    Layer the Meats and Cheese

On the bottom half of the focaccia, layer the prosciutto, salami, and provolone cheese evenly.

  3. 3

    Add Toppings

On top of the cheese, sprinkle the chopped pickles, diced tomatoes, and crushed hot cherry peppers.

  4. 4

    Season and Drizzle

Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Finish the Sandwich

Place the top half of the focaccia back on top and press down gently. You can brush the top with a little olive oil if desired.

  6. 6

    Bake

Place the assembled focaccia sandwich on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.

  7. 7

    Slice and Serve

Remove from the oven, slice into portions, and serve warm.
