Prepare the Apple
Core and slice the apple into thin rounds.

Mix Cream Cheese and Honey
In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and honey until smooth.

Assemble the Sandwich
Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each slice of bread. Layer the turkey, apple slices, and spinach on two of the slices. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Complete the Sandwich
Top with the remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down.

Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
