1. Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips approximately 1 inch wide.
2. Set up Breading Station
In three shallow dishes, place flour in one, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in the third.
3. Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip first in flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.
4. Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
5. Fry the Chicken Tenders
Carefully place the breaded chicken strips in the hot oil, frying in batches if necessary. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Drain and Serve
Remove the chicken tenders from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
