Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breasts into tenders. Season with salt and black pepper.

Bread the Chicken
Coat each chicken tender first in flour, then dip it into the egg, and finally coat it with crushed potato chips.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Fry the Tenders
Fry the breaded chicken tenders in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.

Drain and Serve
Remove the chicken tenders from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauces.
