Make the Pie Crust
In a medium bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in ice water until the dough comes together. Form into a disk, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Pre-Bake the Crust
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the crust for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside.

Mix the Filling
In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir in the browned butter until well combined. Fold in the pecans.

Bake the Pie
Pour the filling into the pre-baked pie crust. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly puffed. Let cool completely.

Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just simmering. Remove from heat and add the dark chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
