Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Creole Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in the Creole seasoning until well combined. Remove from heat and set aside.

  2. 2

    Season the Mahi-Mahi

Pat the mahi-mahi fillets dry with paper towels. Generously coat both sides of the fillets with the remaining Creole seasoning.

  3. 3

    Cook the Mahi-Mahi

Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat until very hot. Add a small amount of oil to the skillet. Place the seasoned mahi-mahi fillets in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the fish is blackened and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Serve

Drizzle the prepared Creole butter over the cooked mahi-mahi and serve immediately with your choice of two farm fresh sides.
