Prepare the Noodles
Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Chicken and Shrimp
In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

Scramble the Eggs
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked. Remove and set aside with the chicken and shrimp.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables
Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the skillet. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the cabbage and green onions. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the cabbage is tender.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked noodles, chicken, shrimp, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and chili flakes to the skillet. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Serve
Serve the Pad Thai hot, garnished with chopped peanuts and a squeeze of lime juice.
