Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. In a bowl, toss them with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
2. Roast the Brussels Sprouts
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
3. Prepare the Cabbage
While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, finely shred the cabbage and chop the fresh cilantro. Set aside.
4. Combine Ingredients
Once the Brussels sprouts are done roasting, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. In a large bowl, combine the roasted Brussels sprouts, shredded cabbage, peanuts, and cilantro.
5. Add Sweet Chili Sauce
Drizzle the sweet chili sauce over the mixture and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if desired.
6. Serve
Transfer the mixture to a serving platter and enjoy your crispy Brussels dish!
