Preparation of Chili

Cook the Beef
In a large pot over medium heat, add the grass-fed ground beef. Cook until browned, stirring occasionally, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add Remaining Ingredients
Stir in the canned diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and beef broth. Mix well.

Simmer the Chili
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and let simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Ladle the chili into bowls and top with shredded cheddar jack cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and sliced green onions.
