Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients and slice the cured meats into thin, bite-sized pieces. Cut the burrata cheese in half to reveal its creamy interior.

Arrange the Antipasto
On a large serving platter, arrange the slices of prosciutto, cappicola, soppressata, and ham in a visually appealing manner.

Add Cheese and Peppers
Place the halved burrata cheese in the center of the platter. Surround it with roasted bell peppers, olives, and crumbled feta cheese.

Garnish and Serve
Shave the Parmigiano Reggiano over the top of the antipasto. Drizzle with olive oil and season with fresh black pepper, if desired. Serve cold.
