Prepare the Glass
Drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside of a chilled cocktail glass and set aside.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Dragon Distillery Chainmail Cherry Almond Vodka, Mozart Chocolate Liqueur, and heavy cream.

Shake
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain
Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.

Optionally, drizzle a little more chocolate syrup on top of the drink for decoration.
