In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, gin, rum, tequila, triple sec, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist if desired.

Start with a champagne flute and add peach puree to the bottom of the glass.

Slowly pour champagne over the peach puree, allowing it to mix gently.
