Marinate the Tuna
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Add the wild caught tuna and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Cook the Grains
In a saucepan, combine the regenerative quinoa brown rice blend and water or vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the grains are cooked and fluffy.

Cooking the Tuna

Sear the Tuna
Remove the tuna from the marinade and sear it in a hot skillet for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until the outside is browned but the inside remains rare. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.

Plate the Dish
On a plate, layer the quinoa brown rice blend, sautéed vegetables, and sliced seared tuna. Drizzle with tataki sauce and top with chopped baru nuts and diced pineapple.
